A tribute to those who change the local world – the people of Oltenia under the mountain – is a documentary short film about the members of the community and the country creates change through what they do, day by day.
The film is part of the European network of bioregional Weaving Lab, which supports ecological restoration, heritage conservation and sustainable development of European regions.
